We were initially asked to create a quarter page advertisement for LJ Hooker, Ormeau. A unique, memorable angle without the clutter which is so often seen in many real estate ads. We decided to begin the design concept in an A4 size so it could later be used for full page ads should the need arise. Not more than a month later that need did arise and those ad concepts were converted into DL brochures used for promoting the real estate agency. This resulted in a far more economical solution than redeveloping the initial designs to create a larger ad (you can scale down but not up without causing a blurry effect!).
